SHIPPING POLICY

  • We HAT HAIR EXTENSIONS provide worldwide shipping, shipping moved from our Factory located in Tamil Nadu, India.

  • All our orders are packed in our factory after 3 quality checks and then the packing will be done to ensure no issues with the orders and requirements.

​

  • The order handling time for Domestic orders is 3 to 5 business days and for International it takes max  5 to 7 business days and we ship Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays. Once your order is dispatched the same shall be delivered as per the schedule.

  • We offer Standard shipping - min 4 days, max 7 days in transit, depending on the location and customs.

  • Please be sure that the shipping address and details are provided clearly, as verified by the payment proofs, to avoid shipping delays.

  • In case of address correction or change, we may require Email communication from the registered Email within 24 hours of the order confirmation. Please write us at hathairextensions@gmail.com.

  • Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be updated via email and the application/website.

  • We don't charge any additional charges or Duty tax, which may be applicable for few countries during receiving/importing your order, as the same has to be paid only by the customers.

Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address

​

  • It's the Buyer's responsibility to ensure you have included all the required information (Receiver Name, Address, Postal code, etc.) needed to deliver your package.

​

  • We ship your orders via FedEx/ DHL/UPS/AMEX to the address you provide. You must give us the most accurate and complete information possible

​

  • If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Return and Refund are applicable only to our confirmation through mail/documentation communication.

  • Only if the product is found to be incorrect or mismatched.

  • If any incorrect or mismatch of the product, the same has to be communicated to us via email: at hathairextensions@gmail.com within 48 hours of the receipt of delivery.

  • The same has to be reported/returned within 7 days of the delivery receipt and our email confirmation without any damage or change in texture, wash, or color.

  • Only after inspecting the returned products by HAT HAIR, will the refund be processed, the same may take max 3 to 7 working days after the product is received.

  • No refund or replacement will be processed for any alteration to the original product.
