  • Do you offer different textures and colors?

 

    Yes! Our raw Indian hair comes in its natural Straight, Wavy, and Curly textures. We also offer natural black, brown and grey -Salt and pepper temple human hair, bleached human hair - 613 blonde and Honey blonde, and custom-colored options based on request.

Quality & Maintenance

  • How long does Raw Indian Hair last?

     With proper care, Raw Indian Hair can last 2–3 years or longer. Since it’s pure, untreated hair, it can be reused multiple times with minimal shedding or tangling.

  • Can I color or heat-style the hair?

 

    Absolutely. Our hair behaves just like your own — you can dye, curl, straighten, or bleach it. We recommend using salon-grade products and professional stylists for best results.

  • How should I care for my hair extensions?

 

    To keep your extensions healthy and long-lasting:

  • Wash gently with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner.

  • Avoid excessive heat styling.

  • Deep condition regularly.

  • Let hair air dry naturally (sunlight recommended for the best care)

  • Store in a silk or satin bag when not in use.

  • How do I place an order?

  • Do you ship internationally?

 

     Yes! We proudly ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • How long does order processing take?

 

     Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and especially for wigs, 5-7 business days. For custom wigs or colored hair, please allow additional time for preparation.

We have enough stock for manufacturing hence we will address the processing time much more quickly. 

  • Do you charge any advance duty taxes?

 

     No, we don't charge any advance duty charges/tax while placing the order. Duty charges shall be applicable based on the country's duty import, customers are suppose to make the payment during delivery if applicable. 

Returns & Policies

  • What is your return policy?

 

     We accept returns or exchanges on unused and unopened hair within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene and quality reasons, opened or installed hair cannot be returned.

  • What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

 

    In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and our support team will resolve it promptly.

  • Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

 

     Yes! HAT Hair Extensions offers wholesale pricing for salons, hairstylists, and resellers. Contact us directly to discuss bulk pricing and partnership opportunities.

  • Can I customize wigs or textures?

 

     Of course. We accept custom orders for specific textures, densities, lengths, and lace types. Our team will help you design your perfect wig or extension set.
